1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has manufacturing defects
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original tags
- Clearance or discounted products (unless defective)
- Custom or bulk orders
3. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days
- Refunds may be issued via original payment method or store credit.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Size issues
- Incorrect item delivered
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
